Hi Erica, As your brother blogger, I wish you all the best onward's. Nice video clip's.

Hey Erica, Hope you had/have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

@TheJackB You too, Jack! So good to see you over here. We have had a wonderful Christmas - always so fun with kids, isn't it? Not sure what the New Year holds, but I'm certain it will be eventful. All the best to you, Jack!

Love your resolutions Erica. Strong stuff. I especially like the 'authentic' approach. I'd add to that in saying 'transparent'----with our website, with our content, SM, etc. Hope your 2012 is amazing Erica, I'm so happy you were able to finish '11 strong. :) Happy Holidays, Marcus

@Marcus_Sheridan Thanks, Marcus. 2011 was definitely a year of lessons for me, but as I mentioned, it's finishing up nicely. I am really looking forward to more of the same in 2012 as I'm sure you are. :) Hope your Christmas has been awesome! Happy New Year to you!

Erica, Love this video! I was thinking about one more thing but then I saw that @Marcus_Sheridan also thought of the same thing. GREAT STUFF. Looking forward to hearing all the amazing things that are going to happen in 2012!

Great tips Erica! I like the first one a lot: social is only part of the marketing package, not the whole deal. It's very easy to get sucked into the social hype. Social is amazing, but like anything, has its limitations. Great getting to know you this year. Enjoy your time off, and a great holiday and new year to you and yours!

@adamtoporek Thank you, Adam! That first one is a missing piece for a lot of folks just getting into online marketing. Yes, social is important, but it should never be the entire package. As you can see, it's become less of a prominent piece of my overall puzzle these last few months of 2011. It's still very much a part of my marketing and branding strategy, but it doesn't control it. I've thoroughly enjoyed getting to know you as well, Adam. I look forward to seeing you and R in Knoxville in April. I just may talk Joey into coming along. ;)

Really great advice, Erica! We hope you have a great holiday season and we're looking forward to seeing you again in 2012.

@VoxOptima Why, thank you! What a treat to see you here commenting. It's been a pleasure to 'tweet' with you this year and I wish you all the best in 2012! I'm quite certain we'll see each other.:)

Everybody have new years resolution and hope all of us will accomplish what we have wished for. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all.

What? I can't tell people how great I am anymore? I was wondering where everybody went. 2012 will kick some serious butt; book it and you can say I said so. Merry Christmas to you and your family.

@bdorman264 Booked! Merry Christmas to you, too! Enjoy!
