The latest installment of my Small Business Marketing Moment is here! I’m talking about one important step to take before you begin blogging and that’s to read and Comment on other blogs. My video goes into detail about it and Antonia Harler recently put together a great post that gives you 5 Tips That Will Help You Write a Blog Comment That Kicks A#@!
Suffice it to say that I think commenting is critical in the blogging process. It builds your Social Capital, it creates a network for you, and ultimately, when you being blogging, you’ll have relationships built with folks who might swing by to read AND comment on your posts. That’s good stuff!
Considering I skipped last week, and I don’t always follow my own rules, please be warned that this video is twice the length it should be. I aim for 2 minutes or less, but sometimes, it just doesn’t happen. So, hang in there and come back over to let me know your thoughts on my suggestion!
